Location
The apartment is situated by the powerful Tay river with bridges across to the Perth Sculpture Park, Rodney Gardens and access to King James Golf Course.
To the back of the building lies Greyfriars Burial Ground. This fascinating graveyard contains one of the best collections of old gravestones to be found anywhere in Scotland. The burial ground has not been used since the 70’s and is now being managed as a “biodiversity bank”, in which wildflowers, butterflies and insects are encouraged to flourish.
There are many top class restaurants on your doorstep and a plethora of unique coffee shops and bars nearby.
